General Information;

Day visitors are welcome but must be pre-arranged with reception.
Overnight visitors are charged an additional fee and must check in at reception.
No pets allowed, except approved guide dogs by prior arrangement.
Quiet hours apply from 22h00 to 07h00. - No ATVs, drones, fireworks, or loud music permitted.
Speed limit on the reserve is 20 km/h.
Guests are requested to respect wildlife, nature, and fellow visitors at all times.
Feeding or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited. Camping Information:
Maximum 4 guests per campsite unless otherwise arranged.
Guests must bring their own power adaptors and extension cords.
One vehicle per campsite is included; additional vehicles incur an extra charge.

Swimming & Safety:

Swimming and river activities are at guests’ own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times. - No diving, running, or glassware near swimming facilities.

Restaurant:

Corkage fees apply for outside food and beverages.
Takeaways and private chef arrangements are available on request.

Bon Game Reserve reserves the right to update policies without prior notice.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. - The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 applies to Imba House.
Children under 3 stay free.
30 days before arrival: 25% of deposit forfeited
21 days before arrival: 50% of deposit forfeited
15 days before arrival: 100% of deposit forfeited
7 days or less before arrival: 100% of booking total forfeited
