Please read our terms and conditions to ensure you are familiar with the system.

1. Night Sky Bookings acts as an agent of the resorts, who undertakes to render the agreed travel service to you. Any right of recourse that you may have regarding the supplied travel service will be directly with the supplier (resort), although Night Sky Bookings is always willing to assist wherever possible.
2. Each resort booked with still has its own terms and conditions that will apply to your reservation. Ensure that you familiarise yourself with their terms and conditions before completing a reservation on this site.
3. Night Sky Bookings undertakes to take reasonable care to ensure that the information provided by third parties on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not perform site inspections of the resorts. We accordingly make no warranties concerning the accuracy or completeness of the information supplied by the resort listed on this website or of information supplied by users of this website.
4. All card transactions are handled away from www.nightskybookings.com. No credit card details are processed, sent, or stored on www.nightskybookings.com. Transactions processed through Paystack (www.paystack.com) will still enforce 3D-Secure checks with added security checks. 5. This online booking system caters for periods to be booked, as agreed with each individual resort.
6. Full payment via credit card will be required for all reservations captured through this website.
7. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis as availability information is updated in real-time.
8. It is the website user's responsibility to define and provide the correct information during the booking process.
9. Modification of reservations must be done directly with the resort, via email or telephone.
10. Cancellations of confirmed reservations can be made by the guest via My Reservations, where the applicable refund is calculated automatically based on the resort's cancellation policy. Refund payouts are processed by the resort.
11. Online payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
12. A reservation is only guaranteed once you have received a confirmation email.
13. Our online reservations system makes use of, and requires, JavaScript and cookie technologies.
