Getting Around:

Guests are welcome to explore the estate by walking, cycling, or driving along the scenic dirt roads. Please note that quad bikes and dirt bikes are not permitted due to estate noise and conservation regulations.

Access:

1. Bushwillow Estate is accessed via approximately 7 km of dirt road, suitable for most vehicles. Low-clearance vehicles may experience difficulty. We recommend arriving before sunset, as there are no streetlights.

2. The security gate closes at 19:30; please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive later so that arrangements can be made.

Estate Guidelines:

1. Bushwillow is a private nature estate where peace, privacy, and respect for nature are highly valued.

2. Keep noise levels to a minimum. Speakers and music must not disturb other guests or residents.

3. Respect the privacy of fellow guests and property owners.

4. The Homeowners Association reserves the right to deny entry or request the departure of anyone causing a disturbance.

Wildlife & Safety:

1. Guests are free to walk or drive throughout the estate. As Bushwillow is located within a nature reserve, snakes, insects, and other wildlife may be encountered. Crocodiles and hippos have occasionally been spotted in the dam.

2. Please exercise caution, especially around the water, and supervise children at all times.
