Perfect place!! Just as it says, a paradise for nature lovers! The property is beautiful, well taken care off by the amazing and kind hosts Niel and Ashley, which Will take care of your every need with love. The forest is just outside the gate and very close to a few sanparks hiking trails, which were beautiful. The cottage it well designed in an authentic way, with a fireplace and all you need.Didnt want to leave! Thank you and continue the great work! PS they have lovely donkeys:)
Two days into our stay at Forest Edge and really enjoying the place. The cottages are well appointed and comfortable and nicely secluded for quiet and privacy. A place to chill and recharge. Highly recommended.
We stayed for 3 nights at Froggy pond Unfortunately the rooms are very small and cramped and not suitable for 4 adults. I really looked forward to the stay and was a bit disappointed with the small unit. The rest was fine and location is good.
I got treated to 2x nights stay with a friend from my birthday. We really enjoyed our stay very much.. Wondering around the property, visiting the donkey, Seeing the meditation circle.. Our fire was lit for us, which was a bonus... New owners Ashley and Neil are great and have done a lot and have many plans, we wish them every success in their endeavor
What a wonderful surprise. Stayed for 4 days, came back and stayed 7. Well appointed rooms. Lovely, quiet and chill. Truly at the edge of the forest. Saw the Knysna Loerie on most days along with a multitude of other birds not forgetting the baboons. Thank you Danie and Amanda for making us feel so welcome.
