Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of making the reservation to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival.
All payments must be made via EFT. Any cash deposit fees charged by the bank will be for the guest's account.
Keys will only be handed over once full payment has been received.
A refundable R2,000 breakage deposit is required and will be refunded provided there are no damages or breakages.
A once-off post-cleaning and laundry fee applies.

Cancellation Policy

Peak season: Cancellations made less than 3 months before arrival will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Off-peak & shoulder season: Cancellations made less than 2 months before arrival will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Cancellations made further in advance: 20% of the deposit will be forfeited.
