Establishment Rules

Check-out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement with management.
Guests are requested to respect other guests, our staff, the property and the local community.
Quiet hours are observed during the evening and night.
No smoking is permitted inside rooms or indoor areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.
Please keep shared areas, including the communal kitchen and lounge, clean and tidy after use.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
No parties, excessive noise or disruptive behaviour are permitted without prior arrangement.
Visitors who are not registered guests must be approved by management.
Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement.
Guests participating in tours and outdoor activities must follow the instructions of the guide and applicable safety requirements.
Please report any damage or maintenance issues to management as soon as possible.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the heritage, culture, environment and natural surroundings of Namaqualand.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of serious misconduct or damage to property.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms

A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
Guests are required to provide accurate contact and booking information.
Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is by 10:00 (10:00 AM).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with the establishment's rules.
Tour and activity bookings may have separate terms, depending on the experience and weather conditions.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property during their stay.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the amount paid, less any applicable booking/payment processing fees.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: The payment is non-refundable.
No-shows are considered a cancellation and are non-refundable.
If a guest needs to change their booking dates, we will try to accommodate the request subject to availability.
In exceptional circumstances, including severe weather or circumstances beyond the guest's control, management may consider alternative arrangements at its discretion.
If Hollywood Lodge & Green Jewel Adventures needs to cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer the guest an alternative date or refund the amount paid.

Please note: Cancellation terms for specific guided tours, hiking experiences or group bookings may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.
