KAALVOET Villa offers luxurious self-catering accommodation with four spacious en-suite bedrooms, generous open-plan living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, and spectacular panoramic views of Pearl Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Dassen Island, Table Mountain, and the surrounding fynbos reserve.
The ground-floor luxury suites each provide stylish, comfortable accommodation with private entrances, en-suite bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, microwaves, bar fridges, seating areas, and stunning views of both the ocean and indigenous fynbos.
Fynbos Luxury Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining area, queen-size bedroom, sleeper couch, private braai area, and can interlead with the Seashells Unit for larger families.
Seashells Luxury Unit is a spacious open-plan suite with flexible king-size or twin bedding, bunk beds for children, a private patio, and essential self-catering amenities.

Seashells - light, bright, airy, comfortable and with an overwhelming sense of safety & security. It’s quiet too, save for the lull of the ocean waves that are just a few blocks away. Easy off-street parking. And in a car, the comprehensively stocked SPAR is reached in 5 minutes. In between, there’s a number of decent eateries, including 5* Rosemead Artisan bakery which must be experienced. Same for Rust in Thyme which is a 3 minute walk away and serves up a good breakfast and THE most terrifically delicious homemade cakes. Frieda is a businesswoman of substance - engaging, ‘on it’ and responsive. All in, a confident recommendation.
A lovely stay with a lovely host. Freida ensures everything is as it should be. We enjoyed our little breakaway & that you can see the ocean from the unit. Peaceful & it had everything we needed!
Frieda and Ernst are absolutely AMAZING hosts. Their Kaalvoet units are beautiful. We stayed in the Seashells unit and were blown away at how clean, neat and well equipped it was. We have stayed in MANY B n B' Guesthouses but this was so unique. Their colour schemes are modern and SO beautiful. You will not regret staying there.
We had the most amazing stay at kaalvoet! The house is neat, has everything you need, and you can’t beat that view from the balcony! We were a large group, and we stayed so comfortably, Will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic stay at Kaalvoet, so much so, that we extended our stay. The unit was exceptionally well equipped, clean and comfortable. It also borders a green belt, and we thoroughly enjoyed the abundant birdlife. Definitely highly recommended, we hope to visit again soon.
