The Beach House

The Beach House features four beautifully furnished queen-size bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV with Chromecast, work desk, hairdryer, bar fridge, and tea and coffee facilities.

The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, double-door fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, sandwich press, and toaster. The kitchen opens onto the dining, lounge, and enclosed braai area, complete with a Smart TV, wet bar, and bar fridge.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, wind-protected courtyard, landscaped garden, boma, garden furniture, and a pitch-and-putt green. A private boardwalk from the garden provides access to Golden Mile Beach, just 50 metres away.

The second-floor viewing deck offers spectacular 270-degree views of the ocean and golf course, with indoor and outdoor seating, a Weber braai, mini Hi-Fi, and wet bar - perfect for enjoying sunset drinks overlooking the coast.

The Darling Apartment

The Darling Apartment offers private accommodation with its own entrance, accessed via an external staircase. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, a work desk, a hairdryer, and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a double shower, and double basins.

The loft bedroom, accessed by a ladder, features two single beds and a daybed with ocean views, making it ideal for teenagers.

The apartment includes a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and coffee station. The lounge features an indoor braai/fireplace, Smart TV with Chromecast, and DStv Premium.

Sliding doors open onto Juliet balconies with partial sea views, while solar backup power provides added convenience during power interruptions.

Refundable breakage deposit: Beach House - R1,500 | Darling Apartment - R1,000. Deposits are refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inventory check.
Cleaning fee - R800
The Darling Apartment does not include access to the swimming pool when booked separately, as the pool forms part of the Beach House area.
Guests must bring their own beach and swimming towels.
Please keep noise and music to a minimum out of consideration for other residents.
As the accommodation is self-catering, only basic toiletries and supplies are provided, including hand soap, body soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid.

Booking & Payment

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Children over 24 months are charged at the adult rate.
A refundable breakage deposit is required and must be paid 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Security Clearance

Vehicle details, including the number of occupants, must be provided at least 3 days before arrival to arrange estate security clearance.
