Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted through the resort where the booking was made.
Refunds are considered and approved at the discretion of the resort and will depend on the circumstances of each request.
Applicable fees or reasonable costs incurred during the booking process may be deducted from any approved refund.
Check-in & Access
Check-in must take place before 18:00 on the day of arrival.
The perimeter gate closes at 18:00.
Arrivals after 18:00 must be pre-arranged in advance and will incur a R500 late check-in fee.
At check-in, guests will receive a gate remote, allowing access to the property after hours during their stay.
Wild Cat Experiences & Animal Enclosures
Guests are not permitted to walk through the animal enclosures without a guide.
Access to the animal enclosures is only permitted as part of an organised tour with a guide.
After completing the first tour, guests may join any Wild Cat Experience tour on a complimentary basis for the remainder of their stay, subject to availability.
Lion Cabin Rules
Guests staying in the Lion Cabins must be 18 years or older.
Guests may consume their own alcoholic beverages only inside their Lion Cabin. Alcohol may not be consumed in shared or public areas.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
The Lion Cabin area is exclusively for registered Lion Cabin guests. Access by other guests or visitors is not permitted.
