Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required immediately after booking to secure the reservation. A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront.
If a booking is cancelled during the 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at a rate of R50 per pet per night.
When booking with a pet, please select the pet rate extra when making your reservation.
All pets require prior approval from Gaia Sanctuary Pty Ltd before arrival.
Pets must be well trained, socialised and vaccinated against rabies.

House Rules & Important Information

Loud music is not permitted.
Please keep noise to a minimum and observe quiet hours from 22:00.
Guests must remain on the marked and designated trails. Walking on unmarked trails is not permitted.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times, particularly when visiting the river.
Please use water consciously and responsibly.
All fires must be fully extinguished when no longer in use.
Children must wear an appropriate swimming support device, such as floaties or a life jacket, when swimming in the river and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
