Check-out strictly 8:30 – 10:00. Earlier / later check-out to be arranged by 16:00 the previous day.
Cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the veranda or outside the cottage.
Avoid damage, for example getting oil, crayon, self-tan or hair dye etc. on the linen, staining the basin or bath.
Prevent blockages in the septic system by throwing non bio-degradable in the toilet.
Close all windows and set the alarm before leaving the cottage, thus allowing baboons and other unwanted guests to enter and trash the cottage. Feeding or interfering/interacting with visiting wildlife is strictly prohibited.
We are a tranquil nature lovers retreat and allow NO loud noise or any form of peace disturbance on the premises.
Use WATER Sparingly. We are SUPER dependent on limited resources.
Day visitors are most welcome, as long as they report to Reception and complete our Registration and Indemnification form.

More than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
14–30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
10–13 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is payable.
No-shows and early departures: 100% of the total booking amount is payable.
The full amount is payable for cancellations or date changes relating to discounted offers or group bookings of more than one cottage.
Discounts do not apply to changes involving dates, number of units, guests, or nights.
If the property is able to resell the accommodation, any refund will be at the property's discretion.
